National League2006Doncaster Rovers Belles vs. Fulham Date: Result: Comment: Sources: Expunged: Award H: Award A: Award D: Unplayed: Details: Doncaster Rovers Belles beat Fulham to move level on points with Arsenal and Charlton Athletic at the top of the Women's Premier League. Carla Cantrell broke clear to give Donny a fourth minute lead, but Fulham's Danielle Farmer equalised with a 25 yard lob in the 37th minute. But Rebecca Lee restored Donny's lead with a clever chip from 18 yards in the 70th minute. And 60 seconds later Michelle Walsh volleyed the victory clincher. Defeat left Fulham bottom of the table with no points from six games and a depressing goal difference of minus 32. But with all of the other scheduled games postponed due to international calls, the Belles took advantage to climb above Everton and Birmingham City into third place and with a game in hand on second in the table Charlton. Donny and Arsenal are now the only two sides in the League with 100% records. In a full set of fixtures this coming midweek the Belles travel to Sunderland while Fulham have a return date with Arsenal, who in August hammered them 14-0. Programme
