Hinder started her playing career with Millwall and had spells in Europe and with Arsenal before joining Wimbledon.

She earned a call-up to the England Ladies training squad, but did not win any full caps.

Hinder returns to management following several coaching appointments, including a role at Crystal Palace’s centre of excellence.

Returned to Wimbledon and took over as first-team manager of AFC Wimbledon Ladies during the 2009 close season.
