Harry Hopkins
(1929/30 - 1932/33)
The ex-Kinstonian forward - he scored 4 goals in 8 appearances for them in 1925/26 - was playing for Sheppey United in 1929/30 before making his Dons debut in the second half of the season. He succeeded Ralph Brown at inside-left when the latter left for Hayes.

Although built on the small side, he was a veritable dreadnought in attack, being extremely clever in eluding opponents and taking delight in showing the big men how a ball should be controlled, invariably getting the ball to a colleague and making a lot of ground with his passes.
