Joined the club from Tufnell Park during the 1930/31 season and helped them to two Isthmian League titles before losing his place to Cyril Harvey after an injury during the 1932/33 season. Left the Dons for Kingstonian and was a member of the K's team that won the Amateur Cup later that season.

Was still playing at least until 1938/39, when he was at Catford Wanderers and representing the Southern Amateur League.
