AFC Wimbledon swept aside League One promotion-chasers Bradford in convincing fashion at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

In a match that started half-an-hour late after Bradford's team coach was delayed, James Tilley and Marcus Browne gave AFC Wimbledon a 2-0 half-time lead.

Matty Stevens extended the Dons' lead, helping them bounce back from a midweek loss at leaders Cardiff.

Stephen Humphrys' goal was a consolation for the Bantams, who dropped to fifth.

The hosts took the lead after 11 minutes, as Tilley's right-wing cross went straight in.

Johnnie Jackson's side pressed for more, and after Browne missed from close range and had another chance denied by Sam Walker, they scored a second after 42 minutes.

Myles Hippolyte's quick throw released Browne, who charged forward and scored his 12th league goal of the season.

The hosts made it three after 67 minutes. Tilley's cross fell for Alistair Smith, who set up Stevens to bundle in from close range.

Bradford scored after 76 minutes as substitute Humphrys drilled a low shot into the bottom corner, but they were unable to mount a comeback.
