Tom Laker (4), Ron Head, Harry Stannard

An unchanged side made the journey to Kingfield for the second time in the season and again returned victorious by six goals to two.

The Dons were soon on the attack and Bristow took two attempts to scramble away a shot from Stannard before the visitors opened the scoring after five minutes, Douglas passing to Edleston who beat several players before setting up Laker. Five minutes later and clever passing between Head, Laker, Edelston and Stannard presented the latter with the second goal. Woking claimed a goal when Haydock fielded a corner on his line but the referee waved play on and Lemmer took the ball forward and forced the Woking keeper into conceding a corner. Woking were not to be denied though, and their next attack resulted in Clark handballing in the area and Stevens pulled on back from the spot. Laker restored the two goal lead ten minutes before the half-time whistle from a beautiful pass from Edelston after good movement from Head and Stannard.

The best goal of the game came twelve minutes after the break, Head collected a pass from Stannard, evaded a tackle and let rip from twenty-five yards out. Bristowe got his hands to the ball but was unable to stop it entering the net. Two minutes later Woking made their intention to make a game of it clear when Boxall ran past the defence and crossed for centre-forward Wride to pull one back. They should have had another when Haydock dropped the ball under challenge from Cowley, but the keeper recovered and kicked the ball clear. The Woking keeper was forced to handle outside his area under pressure from Edelston, but the free-kick awarded came to nothing, then Laker's cross found Nash free, but he muffed an easy chance from close range. The Dons would not be denied and twenty-five minutes into the half another well judged pass from Edelston found Laker and he completed his hat-trick. He then got his fourth, and the visitors' sixth a few minutes from the end, tapping the ball wide of the keeper from Nash's centre.
